About the enterprise
Our institute is a modern scientific enterprise, open for fruitful cooperation with organizations and enterprises both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, really competing in the domestic and foreign markets of scientific developments and innovative technologies. The main goal of the institute is to create competitive scientific and technical products in road construction that meet legislative requirements and consumer requirements, providing the enterprise with financial stability and the opportunity to occupy leading positions in scientific and technical support for road facilities.
The institute, as a scientific organization, has been accredited by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
To carry out research and development and design work, the enterprise has the necessary scientific, technical and material base, including modern instruments and equipment.
The institute has an accredited testing center and certification body.
The testing center is accredited in the State Standard of the Republic of Belarus for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019. The company's specialists within the testing center are ready to conduct high-quality and prompt testing of any road construction materials with the issuance of conclusions and protocols. The testing center of the state enterprise "BeldorNII" is the only structure in the republic accredited to conduct tests of artificial structures for load-bearing capacity.
The certification body carries out:
- mandatory confirmation of compliance of road construction materials and products with the safety requirements of TP TC 014/2011 “Road Safety”;
- mandatory confirmation of conformity of building materials and products for compliance with the safety requirements of TP 013/2009/BY “Buildings and structures, building materials and products. Safety”;
- mandatory confirmation of compliance of construction and installation works with the requirements of TP2009/013/BY “Buildings and structures, building materials and products. Safety”;
- voluntary confirmation of conformity of building materials and products in accordance with the scope of accreditation of the certification body.
The state enterprise “BeldorNII” includes the production site “Madikor”.
Madicor's production facilities manufacture road construction materials:
- bituminous joint filler for sealing cracks and joints in coatings;
- bitumen-polymer primers and joint fillers for insulation of steel pipelines, waterproofing of foundations and basements of buildings and structures, installation of built-up roofing;
- granulated rubber-bitumen binder for modification of asphalt concrete mixtures (RBV-G).
The production site "Madikor" ensures high quality of manufactured products due to a modern quality control system for manufactured products (cross-control system).
